Some people have had success with that diet.
You, however are retarded for contemplating it. 10 lbs is a piece of cake for a weigh-in. |

no basically. the class im going to wrestle at is 145 and the earliest fight is early decmenber.

alirght i excercise as in boxing or wreslting everyday mayby 1 day of rest a week. and i do a bodyweight ciruit 3x a week. so i do a shit load of cardio. would this workou still be ok?
