Some people have had success with that diet.

You, however are retarded for contemplating it. 10 lbs is a piece of cake for a weigh-in.

Do lots of cardio and watch your diet. Nothing to it.

Smoke some crack, you will however lose fat and muscle, but it will happen in days.

Be sure to leave to razors at home for the weigh-in, that may save precious poundage
    Ron Paul 2012

No gym for home, work out floor with 30, but is it for 20 like 30 lb when you no lift it to be for men, for 30 lbs instead? or half is 10 for 20 pounds?

No. Your desire to fight at a weight class you have a better chance to win in is obscuring your vision of your future goals. you want size and power, speed and agility. You will not get those things by cutting down so much in weight at a time when you are supposed to be growing and adding weight naturally danny. At your age you should be figuring out how to add muscle mass not cutting weight.

You gotta go into this knowing the short stumpy guy who weighs the same as you do but who's been wrestling sine he was 8 years old is going to twist you up like silly straw. So what. Learn from the losses and increase the wins. You're starting into wrestling around 6 years later than you should have, but you are in it soon enough to be good by the end of the next season if you work and learn.
