My first meal is almost always liquid protein, some sort of MRP. If I feel like cooking I'll slam down some whey in water before I start cooking real food.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Well...since today was Saturday...I had a four egg omelette (three whites, one yolk), 1/2 cup of Fiber One cereal (dry) and a small glass of a fruit smoothie (made with oj, banana, and strawberries)

Tidalwaverus..I can totally respect you for getting some fiber this morning! However, where is the protien in that meal?

I love golden grahams...not that I've ever tasted them

I almost always have a protein shake w/ whipped cream for meal one, if I'm out of protein, I have 6 egg whites & 2 yolks or chicken and peanut butter.

Sometimes I will have oats w/ cinnamon w/ my shake.

Miss L, there is an Indonesian dish that has grilled chicken and that you dip in a pb sauce that is usually hot, sweet & spicey... yummmmmm!!!! Ofcourse you can make the clean version with some Splenda, dash of soya sauce, chili peppers,....Really you should try it!!!

Brekkie: was a protein shake this morning a la Met Rx . I ran out of my usual and awaiting shipment and this was something I picked up at GNC...Met Rx Protein Plus, but close to 3 carbs only... that explains the lack of taste...

    Strawberries.

Yes, you read correctly, tuna for breakfast. I've done it for about a year now.

Its either 2 slices of wheat bread with 1 tbsp of peanut butter w/ 46 g of protein shake or

A bowl of oatmeal and 46 g of protein shake or

A bowl of cereal w/ 1-2 cups of milk and 46 g of protein shake.

    Sorry about my lousy diet!!!

50g whey protien shake with skim milk and Milo.
Massive slice of soy and linseed toast (homemade) smothered in Vegemite.
    1 cup of coffee.

I pretty much eat that every day for breakfast, but on saturdays I usually have a toasted peanut butter and bananna sandwich.
