    coffee stunts growth?

    does coffee stuntgrowt(because of the caffein or something) and is it unhealthy im asking will it make me stop growing or have ant negetaive sideeffects.

    Coffee is fine. Actually its got some antioxidants in it and some other bells and whistles. Of course drinking too much can have a negative impact on your mood becuase of over-stimulation to the nervous system. Milk is milk and sugar is sugar. They are no different in the coffee than they are away from the coffee. Just use your own judgement. If youre eating an otherwise clean diet than of course a little bit of sugar in your coffee isn't that terrible.
