i know everyone's got their own likes/dislikes, not to mention schedules. but i'm wondering if there is a reason to workout during one as opposed to the other.
so far i've been working out in the evening after work.
now i'm thinking about changing it around. seems working out at the beginning of the day with 5 meals coming after it would be better than working out later with only 2 meals and then nothing while i sleep. that's just my thought, but maybe someone can tell me either way??
also if i were to change to the morning, how much time should i wait after i've eaten breakfast? and since nothing else would have been in my system for 7-8 hrs what would be a good 1st meal that's RIGHT before a workout?
