Rockstar Low Carb

Hello,

I regularly drink the low carb rockstars (blue can). They seem to have a ton of B vitamins in them. They also contain green tea extractives. They also have a long list of ingredients I can't pronounce (Acesulfane potassium, niacinamide, calcium pantothenate, pyrodoxine, hydrochloride) . Are there any potential long term side effects from these? I drink 1 to 2 daily, and they really kick me in the ass (240 mg caffiene per can).

Any one else drink these? Are they safe to drink daily?

I wouldn't personally. Then again, I like to be able to pronounce the chemicals I put into my body.

I like that one too,but I dont drink energy drinks often.......maybe here and there like when I fill up my gas tank.I alos like the full throttle blue can...the green can of full throttle tastes shitty though.
