    exercise for weight loss

Hi friends, from past 5 years I walk daily. It is a great exercise for weight loss. But from past 1 month I am felling little pain in my knees. And that’s why I have temporarily postponed the morning walk. I also noticed that in this period my metabolism has dropped a lot, and I am gaining weight very fast. Is it a sign of obesity? What can I do to stay slim?
