Carb counter
I'm from Australia, and alot of things are measured not in carbs, but in Kj which im guessing are carbs, but it all seems to high.
Does anyone know of a good table/website with alot of foods etc that tells you the carbs, calories, and all the good stuff in food for a teenager to start a simple cutting program? |

You mean calories compared to kilojoules?
1 calorie = 4.184 kilojoules |

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.
