    Diet and Nutrition advice

I found that listening to so many people was really keeping me back. Everyone had there version of what to do and how to do it. They were all probably right in one way or the other...but i was totally confused. . So, find one person, trust them, and do what they say, you'll be better off in the long run.

that when seeking nutrition and diet advice, find one person that knows their stuff and trust them. Don't listen to everyone which can lead to massive confusion. Thats all

Sorry but I think that is a terrible idea. One person can't know everything. If I only listened to one person, I wouldn't have even half of the knowledge I do right now. I've learned things from so many people on this site that feel that I would be ignorant if I was to only choose to listen to one person.

I guess he could also be posting under the alias of Jodi in order to deal with his feminine side. We'll never know for sure
