    What are the best/most-renound books out there?
    Used to.. DL:375lb, Sqt:335lb, Bnch:260lb

    Lyle and Will are both good choices.

    A textbook that I like that is a good overview of what is going on is Sports and Exercise Nutrition by Mcardle, Katch, and Katch. It goes into more physiology of things.
