Cool 7 days until the beach

I am looking for some last minute advice before I head to the beach. As you can read in my journal, I work out 6 days a week and watch what I eat. Is there anything I can do in the next 7 days to enhance what I already have? Should I eat more carbs? Drink more water (already drinking 6-7 liters a day)? I am not sure what else to write, but just thought I would throw it out there.

If you have excess waterweight you could cut down on sodium.

It's funny that you said that. I can not seem to rid the water weight! I have cut down my sodium and I drink 6-7 liters of water a day. I can NOT figure it out. I have to say retaining water is probably my biggest headache lately

You could try this product from cytodyne called tartoxatone ( I dont know how to spell it) I used because i was going to a party by a lake. It was during a bulk but it made me look alittle more ripped.

If you have seven days. Take in A LOT of excess sodium for the next 3 days. On the 4th day cut it, completely. The day before, cut your water to 1 liter. That should rid most of the water weight but its ONLY short term.

Well there are three people talking, but I'll assume I am one and say thanks!

Adidas, I mean that the sodium depletion will on last short term. If you loaded for four days and elimated for three you trick your body into losing all the water. If you cut water the day before that will help. But it will only last around 48 hours and only IF you dont replenish the water. So if you have ONE day at the beach, try it (its like peaking for a show). If you have a week. I'd try the sodium manio but keep the water intake high.

Thanks! This whole water weight is my biggest obstacle and nothing seems to be working.
