Question Opinions Needed - Breakfast

PLEASE BE CRITICAL

Breakfast is my biggest meal of the day.

Approx. five days a week I eat the following:

<FONT COLOR="blue">=============================</FONT c>

5 to 6 medium sized medium-sized pancakes
<FONT COLOR="red">Pancake contents:</FONT c> Organic whole wheat, egg whites – purchased at the supermarket, skim milk, ½ cup of oatmeal, teaspoon of baking powder, small amount of maple syrup.

3 to 4 scrambled eggs (with ketchup)

1 large bowl of All-bran (plain with either; lots of strawberries or blueberries)

1 piece of Multi-Grain toast (plain)

<FONT COLOR="blue">=============================</FONT c>

Is there anything unhealthy with this meal?
Is there anything I should get rid of / add?

Thanks,
Foodio

That is a big breakfast! How do you fit it all in? Nutrition wise, it looks good, it's just alot. How do the rest of your meals look? Is dinner a big one too? I eat a big breakfast, then smaller meals during the day, and a big dinner. Dinner is probably my biggest meal. On Saturdays, forget it, I absolutely gorge for dinner. For instance, this Sat. is Chinese food night. I'll eat all the killer foods from fried shrimp to lo-mein, whatever!

Ahhh, yes....chinese food. So very wonderfully bad for you.

I had a big fat piece of coffee Heath bar cheesecake last night. Well, I had half a piece last night, half a piece tonight. It was so darn filling it took two sittings to finish it. MMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

If your dieting and it fits into your ratios then more power to ya.

I wish I had a appetite like that every morning.

Damn, that's a big breakfast. You've got carbs, you've got protein, you've got fiber. Looks good to me, but I personally could not eat that much for breakfast. No beverage?

All I can say is, I hope you're bulking. I'm not an advocate of the gorge meal. Try to spread your calories out better than that, throughout the day. Are you related to Omnifex? Nah, your food choices are far better than his. Just dont bring up Cocoa Puffs.

Breakfast is by far my biggest meal.
My lunch is usually very small.

I usually finish this breakfast at 6:50am.
I then eat my small lunch (small sandwich) at 2:30pm

I don’t eat a heck of a lot at dinner either. Sometimes I split my small dinner up in to two meals. One at 6:45pm and the other at 8:30pm – try to fool the mind.

It’s easy to eat like this every morning because I don’t eat much the afternoon/night before. I’m always excited for the morning when I go to sleep.

Yes, I have one small glass of apple juice OR a big glass of water.

No, I’m not trying to bulk at all. Actually I’m trying to lose weight in the area above my pelvis and below my stomach.
