    Exclamation Bulking Diet

    I just got decreased my body fat by 4% and almost, but not quite can see my abs. I'm still a skinny mofo so I'm trying to bulk up. I'm 18, 5'9" and 147 lbs. appox. 11% bodyfat. Here's what I'm eating on a normal day, tell me how it looks.

    Meal 1 - Breakfast - 8:00
    2 whole eggs + 4 egg whites
    1/2 cup of oatmeal + 1/2 scoop of protein powder
    1 slice of whole wheat bread

    Meal 2 - 10:30
    SUBWAY 6" Roasted Chicken Breast Sub Double the MEAT on wheat bread

    OR...

    Protein Pancakes (1/2 cup of oats, 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese, 1 whole egg, 3 egg whites, 1/2 scoop of protein powder)

    Meal 3 - Lunch - 1:00
    6 oz. Chicken Breast
    Serving of whole wheat pasta or wild rice

    Meal 3 - 3:00
    1 can of tuna
    1/2 cup of wild rice

    Meal 4 - Post Workout - 6:00
    8 oz. Gatorade
    MET-Rx Meal Replacement Shake
    1/2 whole wheat bagel
    EAS CytoVol Drink

    Meal 5 - Dinner - 8:00
    1/3 lbs. of 90% lean ground beed w/ fat free cheese on a potato roll or a steak
    Serving of whole wheat pasta, brown rice or baked potatoe

    Meal 6 - 11:00
    2 scoops of protein w/ 8 oz. of skim milk and 1 tbsp. of flax seed oil
    Handful of peanuts

    also - i think you can make better carb choices than the wheat bread and bagel. i'd stick with yams/sweet potatoes, oatmeal, brown rice....
