PW shake

i wanna know whats the most amount of time after your lifting it is still prime time for post workout shakes.

lately ive been trying to get lean so im doing my cardio. i do 30-40 minutes of low/medium pace cardio right after i lift, whcih is for about 40-45 minutes.

is that too long to wait for a pw shake?

anyone with experience please help thanks =]

About 45 minutes I think. I'd try to keep it within an hour. I usually try to have mine right away but sometimes I don't.

take bcaa, creatine with some powdered dextrose in water straight after lifting...have your shake asap after cardio with some simple sugars like a banana & a fast acting carb (i like rice cakes coz they're light), followed by another meal 1-1.5 hr after. (complex carbos & chicken etc...)
