I really like frozen drinks / smoothies, especially ones that are coffee based. Here's one I've been using lately:
-1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I'm currently using muscle drive HP by EAS) -1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder, I usually have some just plain protein powder hanging around, from free samples, old containers, etc.. -4 ounces water -4 ounces flavored iced coffee, black (I like french vanilla, cinnamon flavor) -splash of sugar free dolce chocolate syrup -a few teaspoons of Suiss Miss fat free, sugar free mocha instant coffee mix Mix all in blender, add ice, 3 or 4 cubes, to desired consistency |
