Post I NEED HELP!!!!!

Hi everyone!!!! I am sooooo screwed. I was doing good on the clenbuterol and working out , even with my diet. Now, I have to quit the clen next week (8week cycles)and I am eating like a COW!!!!! (moo! moo!) I am sooooo hungry all the time (mostly after the gym, which is later at night and when I am at work). I need help. Like so far today, I was REALLY BAD!!!!! I ate a symmetry bar, a candy bar, a banana, some baby carrots, a nutra grain bar and it's only 11 am... Honey saw me weigh myself at the grocery store and asked how I got up to the weight I was at...I can't bear to tell him that I have been doing really bad on my diet, he will be so disappointed. I know I will end up telling him anyways, b/c I tell him everything, but he will be hurt. He trys to help me out and I am doing sooooo bad!!!!!! How do I stop eating. We couldn't figure if my weight went up b/c I am getting more muscle or what, but now it's gonna go up b/c I can't stop eating!!!!!!!!!

Don't get down on yourself girlie!! That doesn't sound too bad to me either.. I wouldn't eat a candy bar everyday though, but now and then it isn't gonna kill ya!! Just be positive about it all and it will be fine... Just so ya know I pigged out all day today!! So you're not alone out there!!

You crack me up, Twinkle...

Clen is an anti-catabolic and slightly anabolic thermogenic/beta-2 agonist. Basically, it greatly helps you lose fat while maintaining and possibly gaining muscle. Supposed to be a decent appetite suppressant as well, but I guess Susi sees otherwise

Carbs, carbs, carbs!!!!!Too many.Try to satisfy your outrageous hunger with more protein..this won't be stored as fat as easily.Really this is a matter of self discipline and will power.Don't rely on drugs to stay lean.Make the decision to eat well all the time with an occasional scheduled cheat(say every Sat. night)to reward yourself and keep your sanity.Good luck!

You may want to give MD6 by biotest a try. It's a pretty good food suppresant/fat burner. My wife is taking it now and she likes it.

Yes,as stated products like MD6 that contain Nor-ephedrine(which is about to be banned) and/or ephedrine do supress appetite somewhat, but this effect seems to wear off with time.

Hey now!!!! I think my body got too used to it...OH OH!!! Twinkle it is actually to treat asthma, but of course I don't use it for that... BAD ME!! TheSupremeBeing is right, although I obviously didn't know about the appetite suppressant part. OOPS!

Gopro, I have a cheat night Saturdays...but that isn't helping... The only time I ate like this was when I was pregnant. OH NO!!! Let's all pretend I didn't say that. A 6 month old and a newborn would not be a good thing... No, I don't actually think I am pregnant, but something has to be striking this hunger thing. To update you all, I have eaten bad everyday since I started this column...uggh! I eat healthy meals and all, but I eat candy and snacks out the wahoo.
I hate it b/c I feel like I am letting myself and Honey down. He tries to help me and then I blow it and I have a big goal to reach. I shouldn't even be thinking about this stuff...I can't help it though. AAAAAAGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't get too worried about what the scale says. How do you look in the mirror, any different? I became real obsessed a while back with my diet, counting carbs and fat in everything, I mean everything from drinks to condiments to sauces, I was nuts about it. I dropped calories too quick and lost about 20 pounds in 6 weeks, too much. I didn't want to lose really any, just cut up. Sure I got cut pretty good, but I was miserable, fatigued, and very cranky all the time. Everyone kept telling me I was way too thin, although I looked real good with my shirt off. It just wasn't worth it, besides, I wasn't getting ready for a contest or anything, I don't compete, so why put myself throught that. Now that summer's coming to an end, I've slowly increased calories, and I don't worry too much about carbs., I'll eat them anytime, the one thing I do make sure of always is that I get enough protein to balance out meals. If I go out to dinneron Sat. for say Chinese, I'll bring along a bottle of extreme protein to make sure I get enough. Saturday is my big cheat day, I'll usually have a good breakfast and snack still, but come mid-afternoon, I eat, drink whatever I want. Like today I'm going to a cookout and know that I'll eat quite a bit of bad carbs., fats, alcohol. But it's good to do that once a week, it gives you something to look forward to, and reward yourself with after a week of eating strict, and working out hard. Tomorrow I'll hit the gym and sweat it all out, I hope!

Thanks Baumer!!!!! I try not to go by the scale, but sometimes it's hard. Sometimes I get disappointed looking in the mirror...LOL!! I am crazy...I just have to get rolling on the whole thing and stick with it. Good luck to me!!!
