    Yea thanx for reply's guys.

As i said i am 198 pnds. 17 yrs old 5 foot 10. Well every day its lil bit different but Most of it is the same....Just for the record i am south asian.

    Breakfast :

1 whole egg and 2 whites / 3-4 slices of bread most times i think 4
with half a glass of orange guice.

    or

    CornFlakes with 1% milk

    Lunch :

3-4 days out of the week mostly all my mom cooks is rice so
a plate of rice and salad and some kind of sauce or some times some yogurt.

    Dinner :

Then before going to the Gym some time i eat dinner just a lil bit if i ate lunch early in the day so if i ate lunch late i just eat like a tuna sandwich or some thing and if not in dinner its like SouthAsian style Bread and the curry or what ever its not always curry many times is vegetables cooked.

    After Gym:

After i come from gym find my self hungry so a green apple or a banana but if i am feeling real hungry both lol and some times a glass of milk 1 %

Other Info : Now i have cut down eating rice in dinner if i do cause some one told me souldnt eat it its starch and hmm some times some thing similar to what i wrote in dinner the south asian food is cooked for lunch so i eat it and "IF" my mom cooks like rice or some thing for dinner i dont eat it. Eat some alright leftover or some thing.

Activities: I do sports almost hmmm 5 days out of the week basketball, hockey and soccer, approx 2 hours each day. Go to gym approx 5 times a week do 20 min cardio every day if not every time i do it atleast 4 times.
Once a week Yard work which is a half an acer land takes me like 5 hours to do front and backyard. May be Once or Twice a week 3 hours of yard work in the vegetable patch or some thing.

lol i have written as much as i can explain so i hope it comes in handy and helps. I am looking forward to Replys from u guys. And i still need some more input on the first question about my problem i had plz read and help

    Thanx

Maybe a Mod can split this thread and send this post to nutrition so Mr. Boobs can get help in both nutrition and training please?

    Mr. B...welcome to IM!

Congrats on your weight loss Hitting the gym and lifting weights and eating a proper diet will be fundamental in your continued fat loss.

Your meals are rather high in carbohydrates and too low in protein and essential fatty acids. All that rice isn't good for losing fat. Is there any food restrictions? Do you eat meat and chicken? A lot of your diet consists mainly of fast-acting carbs (sugars)....the most efficient way to lose fat is to eliminate sugars and fast acting carbs....these include corn flakes, milk, white rice, yogurt, and bread.

Also, it is much better for you to eat 6 smaller meals evenly spaced throughout the day, rather than having 3 large meals. This will keep your metabolism up and prevent you from getting so hungry that you overeat.

Cut out the bread, cornflakes, white rice, and any other sugars you aren't telling us about.

Eat more at each meal, and have at least 5 balanced meals a day (6 meals would be better). Focus on increasing your proteins and fiberous vegetables for each meal. The key is to cut out the sugars and carbohydrates.

Not to be harsh, but unless you've got a serious thyroid problem I don't see you being that overweight with the diet and activity level you spelled out. My guess is that there there are other things being ingested through-out the day: candy, soda, fried foods, fast food, etc. Be as honest as you can if you want the most help.
    It's not just a sport, it's a lifestyle!
