    Looking for a nutrition/calorie calculator

I'm sure that this question has been asked before and if it has sorry I checked the stickies and couldn't find the type of calculator that I'm looking for. I want to make my favourite xmas cookies but am substituting some ingredents to make them more healthy and lower in fat. I would like a online calculator that I can input the ingredents to figure out the calorie, fat and nutrional value for these cookies. I also tried fitday and may have been missing something on this site but couldn't find it there either.
    Thanks for helping
    Sandy

fitday is awesome, i've used it for a year or so and now I'm planning to buy the actual software. Very good to keep track of where you at and where you are going.

    Kewl

    Exercise Software - free trial

Does the basics of nutrition, calories and food groups, set your own targets or use the default, tracks weight training and cardio, heaps of graphs, instant 1RM, graph your measurements over time, print out a sheet for the gym etc.

You get 3 licenses per order, so can give your workout buddy a copy, and you DON'T have to be online.

Updates are free for life - which is just as well as I've spotted a bug in this version! If you enter a custom cardio exercise it asks how many calories per minute but where I've changed it to register and graph negative reps that seems to have screwed that up. Also if you enter an exercise for a PREVIOUS date and your user file is metric it jumps back to imperial - both of those will be fixed and an update released before the end of Jan.

This is what happens when you rush to get done before the new year

Talking of the end of January, if you put this discount code in during ordering you get half price - but only until the end of January: 425-HFY

99% of the peeps here won't need my scribbles about workout techniques etc so rather than signing up with an email addy just download the 35 day demo directly from here:

    http://www.biggly.com/Biggly21-setup.exe

The half price deal isn't advertised on the site, it's a new year special for those who tried version 2.0 earlier and because I need REVIEWS!

I have plenty from people saying how it helped them lose weight but it's aimed at bodybuilders, so feedback is welcome. If you want a pic of you posing on my site, gimme a good review

ASAP I'll fix those bugs and release 2.2, which will allow entering of sets in the scheduler, some kind of supplement tracking system and a "Biggly Body Index" (what's your score?) without needing BF calipers.

I'll also add some form of targetting system, where you can set goals with a graphical interface to show how close you are.

It doesn't attempt to tell you what you should lift or anything like them - who am I to tell you? The whole point is to monitor and see what works for YOU, not some pre-programmed program that doesn't. It's also great for motivation and spotting over-training when it's time to ease back or change routines.

If I get significant sales this year I'll be 'sponsoring' one of the forums here, so win/win for everybody.

You also get your own blog with Biggly, but not a fancy community site like this one, just a plain blog. You're welcome to advertise supplements or anything really just not bodybuilding software. I've only just re-started that, the old system got hacked to death.

Anyone who really loves it and gives a great review gets a freebie

Main thing I need is feedback. I originally designed it with a bunch of guys in my gym in the UK but have since moved to Borneo and this site is the closest I get to that now. The more you tell me what you want the better I can make it for you

It's my only source of income at the moment but it's also a passion, I'm online a lot and will answer questions and help out where I can within 24 hours.

Faster I get some sales the faster I can afford to sponser a forum and support this site

If you download please mention, here or by IM, just so I know.

    OK, I'll shut up now

fitday has always worked well for me when I'm journalling.
I do my best to focus on the task at hand, and give 100% in what I'm doing at the time. Nothing else matters except the task at hand.
