    Training For Jr. Nationals and More

    Hey fellas, I just did 2 shows in the fall and won overall in both shows. Not to stay satisfied, I prepping for a show in Chicago in 08. I'm posting a few pictures. Please give me honest information on what I need to do to improve on my diet and training. Here are a few of pics of me about 2mths ago after my show and now i'm just eating to bulk up before i diet down. The name of the game is exposure so you should see me on here alot, splaxon and on Sean Jones website.

    I think your glutes look a little small compared to quads and hams.
