    Omega-3/6 Question???

I recently got advice (thanx w8lifter) that I should start taking omega-3/6 supplements. My question is how much should I take in a day? I started supplementing them everyday but I'm only taking the recommended dosage on the bottle. (The supplement is in pill form btw) It only gives me 1g Omega-3, and 146mg Omega-6. Is that enough?

    Here is some info:

    http://www.fatsthatheal.com/prod1.htm

It takes 14-15 grams to equal one Tbls, and I'm not saying to do this, and you don't need the above product.. as you can make your own "blend" with flax and safflower to balance out the 3s and 6s:

Udo has suggested up to 1 Tbls per 45 pounds of BW
