Question Is Oatmeal healthy

Hey,

I keep hearing questions about oatmeal and how to enhance its flavor.
Adding healthy flavor is easy to me, however, I want to know: is oatmeal healthy?

What are it’s benefits and non-benefits?

Thanks,
Foodio

As xtrenme said, oatmeal is a very good complex carb.It does not cause a big rise in insulin release which is good and it can be flavored in many ways.I eat it every day.

Question

Hey,

I eat it about four to five times a week.

Thanks for the responses.

What exactly makes it healthy?
