Hi,
Is it bad to eat the same food multiple days in a row. For instance, I eat eggs every day. or What if I ate corn three days in a row? For healthy foods, which are bad to eat too many days in a row. Please exclude all unhealthy foods. Thanks, Foodio |

There are certain foods that are simply "part" of the bodybuilding diet.Proteins like fish,eggs,meat,turkey,chicken,etc...and carbs like oatmeal, pasta, rice, potatoes, etc.Of course everyone has there preferences and tend to eat the same one's each day which is fine and common. However,I believe you should try to vary your food intake throughout EACH DAY as much as possible. Each food has slightly different nutrients, amino acid profiles, etc.and giving your body variety will allow you to take advantage of the different properties of each food.
