Lightbulb Another egg question.

I was just wondering. Does every one in here boil their eggs? Or is there anyone that just take the yolk out and just drink the rest? I did it today and it was not so bad, I know protein powders that taste worst.

I just poach them in the 'nuker and make a breakfast sammich with them. Throw in some lean turkey for added protein

You really should not eat/drink raw eggs you could get salmonella poisoning.

There is just a higher occurance of the salmonella bacteria in the yolk vs the white. Cooking eggs does denature the protein, but it also makes the protein more digestible: Raw egg contains inhibitors to protein-splitting enzymes.

there are no advantages to eating raw eggs...

Ditto. Cook your eggs! And IF you're going to drink 'em...get the pasturized egg whites in a carton!
