Afternoon guys and gals,
I am running a cycle of halodrol 50/50/75/75/75/75
Now I want to cut during this cycle but also want some muscle gain of course. Figuring about 10 pounds maybe more after 6 weeks.
I am 200lbs, 5'10, about 18% BF (mainly stomach) and 28. I have been lifting consistently past 3 years and then on and off since I was 20.
So I have figured I want a high protein low fat/carb diet during this cycle correct? Would you guys recommend whey during the cycle?

that is a very broad question, obviously on a cycle of androgens you want protein to be very high, i.e. 1.5grams per pound of bodyweight or more.
why dont you post your current diet.
