    1) No
    2) Not just 'around your abdominal area' It is possible to lose fat generally, but you need to be lifting and running
    3) Fat gain

    Hello!

If you do cardio workout, about 30-60min. I would then suggest to do it in the morning before breakfast. After the workout, eat lot's of protein and carbohydrates!

Otherwise, if you are exercising with weights make sure you eat some good carbs, like bananas before workout. You will need to have some energy during the workout.

Yes, you should eat a lot, not decrease the amount of meals like some people might think. Eat at least 5 times a day HEALTHY foods. You will boost your metabolism. Do at least 3 times a week 60min cardio workout and some strength training.

Do not eat carbs before bed. I wouldn't recommend to eat big meal before bed.

Buddy u can eat a big meal before bed it wont do shit to ur fat loss goals aslong as ur cals in are less than cals out.
Do not do starved cardio unless ur keen on losing allot of muscle which is stupid since muscle is key to keeping ur metabolism up.
