Should i drink atleast one glass of protein a day even if i am not working out? I try to work out everyday, but sometimes i am un able to, i was thinkin maybe drinking a glass would cause me to put weight back on.
Also, should i drink more than the guide shows me? it tells me to put in 125ml of milk and half a scoop of powder, to gain muscle fatser should use more powder?
First of all, you should not be working out everyday. Your body needs a chance to recover, and to do that you need to rest.
As for drinking protein on off days and gaining weight, that would simply depend on your diet.
Do yourself a favor and spend some time reading the stickies in the diet & nutrition forum.
Then you'll have to figure out your caloric needs. Once you have that information, it's pretty simply to formulate an eating plan.
