    Please critique my diet. Newb questions

    5' 10"
    175lbs
    around 12-15% BF

    this is going to be for a sbulk so id like to have around 3500-3700 cals (or more?), im not quite at that, so i was wondering if you guys could critique what i have and maybe tell me where to add/remove stuff. this is my first time trying to put together a strict diet so ANY criticism you can offer would be great.

    Cals/fat/carbs/protein

    Meal 1

    1 whole egg
    1 cup eggwhite
    1 tble spoon PB
    1 medium banana
    ½ cup oatmeal

    Meal 2 (pre workout)

    1 scoop ON whey
    12 oz (1.5 cup) 2% milk
    1 cup white rice

    505/10.75/66/37

    Meal 3 (post workout)

    2 scoop ON whey
    12 oz (1.5 cup) 2% milk
    1 cup oatmeal

    Meal 4

    4 oz chicken
    1 cup white rice
    2 oz cashews

    6 oz steak

    ur bodyfat is 2 high 2 start bulking, u will probally end up looking like a slob, I would loose some fat, get it down below 10% and prime ur body 4 growth.
