    Weak Sauce....

I'm a fan of hot sauce and BBQ sauce, but I can never seem to locate one that is low calorie and more importantly low in sugar.

Franks Red Hot is an old stand by, but I can't seem to find anything in the BBQ section. What do you some of you use to put some excitement in the bland BB diet?

Herbs and spices are the best. I always use Cayenne powder or flakes to spice a dish up.

I was gonna mention Frank's Red Hot, but nevermind.

Maybe try some of that liquid smoke flavoring? Never used it myself... I don't know what is in that but I'm assuming it is low calorie, you may want to check into it.

Yeah I've used the Char Grill stuff from Trader Joe's, and I've worn Mrs. Dash out. I need a few batch of seasonings so that my standards become desirable again.

I'm gonna head to the Kroger's at some point and read the labels of everything in there. I want to be able to use a few tablespoons rather than trying to split a tablespoon of sauce between 10oz of chicken.

hot sauces for the most part are low cal

i have never seen a bbq sauce that is low cal because it tastes so good because theres a ton of sugar and spices in it.

mustard and all of its variations (honey, spicy, etc.) is the best gamble i've ever made.
