Almost all seafood is good for you if it's not fried or soaked in butter.

Foodio, what's your deal?? Why all the diet questions (not that we mind). Do you exercise, are you trying to reach some kind of goal, what are you stats (height, weight, age)?

A few months back I decided I want to put legitimate food in my body. I had some bad eating habits I didn’t know of. Basically, I want to gain knowledge of all foods. I figured, what better way to learn about foods then to ask people about them.
All you guys have experience with these foods, and experience to me, teaches better than reading books.

Basically, what I’m doing now, is trying to learn about foods (by your opinions and what I read), test some theories and see what works for me.

First, yes, I am trying to reach a few goals.
The first goal I will attain is getting rid of this decent-sized gut (over my privates, beneath my stomach).

Ultimately, I’m achieving different goals while trying to get rid of this gut. So I’m doing a few things at once.

Here’s my stats:
Height: 6’1
Weight: 140 lbs
Age: 25

Booya!

Ok. Good enough! By the way, if you're 6'1", 140 lbs, I can't imagine you have a decent size belly. But I guess that's for you to decide.

It’s kinda weird.

I mean, I’m generally pretty skinny, but that one area is bugging me, it’s not skinny. I’m probably obsessing about it too much, and that I’m trying to calm down a bit.

But I do have a long-term plan to get rid of it.

I have heard that lobster is really good for you! Lots of protein, low fat.

Yes it is. Again, as long you do not fry it or soak in in butter. Go to www.cyberdiet.com and check out the section on nutritional information.
