Obviously. The faster you get over it the faster you can resume the training. You can't bulk if you are throwing up everything you eat.
You can make up for it when better.
I just contracted a stomach flu, and I have already vomitted a couple times today. Just been drinking fluids to keep me hydrated, but have had no appetite whatsoever, and whatever I do eat, I feel like throwing it up again. I'm currently on a bulk right now, and have seen great progress.
Should I just worry about getting over the sickness then worry about getting back on track with my diet?

well, today I feel a bit better, I was able to workout and had a pretty good workout, but man, I was exhausted. Never realized how much a cold can really take out stamina
