birthday dinner

The wife is taking me to Ruth's Chris steakhouse tonight. I've never been to one. Nothing like big juicy steak after two days of lifting.

Do they have one of those challenges where you can eat a 72 ounce steak and then get it for free? Nothing like 4.5 pounds of steak to make the next few days unbearable...500 grams of protein, anyone?

Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

Last night, I had me an 8 oz. filet mignon, cooked medium-well, with crab legs and mashed potatoes. For an appetizer, I had crab-stuffed mushrooms. Damn that was good stuff.

Holy 100g protein, Batman.

If I wanted to eat my meat red, I'd find a live cow and gnaw on it's ass. The only GOOD steak is a COOKED steak.

You're supposed to lock your bike into the rack? I thought you tied it down with wire ties.

Dero, I never had a chance to put it together. She grabbed the boxes and ran outside. She loves doing stuff like that. Besides, she is closer to the ground that I am, so it's easier for her to pick up the parts and assemble them.
