tried chromium-useless for me. Best thing I ever used was lean fuel extreme and herbal burn...altough I dont know if the herbal burn dropped water only or what. Carnitine, not bad.
Currently using BCAAs, and so far I have noticed a positive result. Heard these are great for muscle sparing during dieting.
