Post workout spike even while cutting?

Is it necessary to have a post-workout spike after every workout, even while cutting?

I presume he means insulin to drive nutrients into the muscles. Yes, it's still necessary.

necessary? No. Although I like the results with waximaize, I am one that has used Old Fashioned oats during precontest training and have not noticed a difference. You'll get varied answers, but I prefer (when cutting) to use oats.

No absolutely not necessary.

There is alot of evidence to support other PWO shakes including Protein and Fat.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Evidence? If you'd said you only need carbs, not protein I'd agree, there is some evidence for that.

I know what he means. I was asking what his spike was.
