I am wondering if anyone can tell me if it is a good sign that I am feeling jiggly and looser then when I first started my workout/diet program? I haven't lost weight or inches yet when I pinch the fat around my sides and belly it is looser and more jiggly. when I jump my whole skin and fat seems to move a lot more.
I started the program 2 weeks ago and have been very faithful in reducing my calories by 500 from maintenance, and lots of cardio and weight training, plus I am eating correctly and the right times, so I know I am doing everything right.
It's just weird. I haven't lost weight or measurements, but I feel more fat and jiggly. Is this normal? Is the fat loosening up or something?
It's normal bro! I am in the same boat. After a six year layoff I got back to work 3 weeks ago and the fat around my midsection is loose now as well. The skin will tighten up and you will be fine. The fat is getting less dense I guess is how you could say it. Be blessed and stay with it!
