Almost done bulking; need some help with cutting
Well, I don't know how I managed to do it, but I've put on 30+ lbs in the past 4.5 months. Suprisingly, the fat gain hasn't been a whole lot, and I'm able to fit in all my pants, although they're a little tighter, and I still look decent, at least to myself, in the mirror. But most importantly, I'm happy with all the strength gains that I've gotten.
Being that I've always been a skinny guy, this will be my first time cutting. Although I still have some time left to bulk, I was wondering, how do I go about cutting? I'm taking in around 4800 calories a day right now, how much would I cut down to when I've started cutting? And how often would I reduce my caloric intake? |

Well I know once I hit my target weight that I should maintain it for at least a week or two, then start cutting. Would I drop my caloric intake to just below 3000 initially and then keep going from there based on progress? Or is that too much to cut down on? Honestly, I don't know how much longer I can keep eating so much food everyday.

Well I guess that would be too much of a drop. Do you guys typically cut around 250-500 calories a week and keep going from there?
