    Fat options

Just wanted to get some ideas. Currently I'm having problems trying to find sources of (good) fats that I can eat. Anyone know where I can go to find sources that aren't fish or nuts, because I am allergic to both. I take flax supplements daily, but it isn't enough for when I eventually want to start cutting. I know that dairy fat is not a good option unless bulking, at least according to what I have read from DPw8. Any ideas?
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

Cream is very good for cutting...until the last few weeks pre-contest!

Also look at Safflower, olive, Udo's avos, and hemp!
