Scales

I'm bulking right now and thinking about getting a scale so I can check my weight the same time every morning.

Should I even bother with a scale that also measures bf% or are they just not accurate at all?

Garbage. Scale and something to measure your gut, arms and all that fun stuff.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Do you really check your weight everyday?

Why not every day?

Are you interested in what your body's up to or not?

Regarding bio-impedance scales, not worth the bother. They only measure the lower part of your body anyway and are too easily rendered inaccurate by such things as coffee. Get some skinfold calipers instead.

If you're just on an overall "diet" or "watching your weight" then sure, weigh yourself once a week or so. In bodybuilding though if you're using such techniques as food group cycling, periodization or whatever, you need to monitor more closely.

Get a regular scale.

I don't think there's any point in weighing yourself every day, but I don't think it's a bad thing either (only takes a few seconds). You've got the right idea though; weigh yourself at the same time every morning after using the bathroom and before eating.
