Natural Peanut butter EFA

I know that a lot of people use natty peanut butter for a EFA source. I was wondering is peanut butter a good source of omega 3?

not really.

Good source of monounsaturated fats mainly omega 6

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

I can't find any natural stuff locally but have now find me "brazil nut and linseed spread".

That's high in omega 3, as linseed is another way of saying flax oil. The only problem is it TASTES like brazil nuts in linseed oil..

They had some other similar stuff in that shop, all sorts of different nuts as a spread, with oil settled at the top, ie not hydrogenated. All of which looked more tasty than the stuff I bought.

Buggery.
