safe cutting...
I'm just beginning to cut. I've read here and there about blood acid, etc., reaching unhealthy levels. Whats the best keys and points, things to do to make sure I am going about this the safest way possible? Lots of water, etc...?? Any tips would be appreciated.

Really read the stickies thoroughly, then read them again. Come up with a diet based on the information in there and post it up for us to tweak for you.
Lots of water is definitely needed - as much as you can drink. I like the clear pee test - if your pee is clear, then you're fine. |

As danzik17 says, you need to be either more specific about what you're currently doing or at least ask a more specific question.
Do you know your current lean mass and your calorie requirements for said lean mass? Get more specific. B. |
