hello everyone, i started a cycle, my question here is , what do you recoment to me in the weeks i ll be on cycle.

If you don't know how eat on cycle then STOP!!! You are not helping yourself and you are breaking my heart by wasting good gear!!

eat clean means eat good whole food. stay away from fatty foods like things from fast food joints. eat lots good protien, take in whey, and cassien protiens. eat fruits and veggies.



i bet in the world you live in every one is a pony, eats rainbows, and craps butterflys.
there is no damn justice in the world.

eat chicken, fish, lean beef, egg whites, fresh veggies, whole wheat bread, oatmeal, brown rice, etc.

No white flour, sugar, fried food, sweets, fats, etc.

Good post with lots of great foods mentioned!

Here are some other staples of mine:

tuna
cottage cheese
skim milk
natural peanut butter
almonds
olive oil
sweet potatoes
yogurt
...and a lot of other steamed veggies.
