sodium/ puffy face?

Last night, I went to a new gourmet mexican restraunt, ate alot more than i usually do, it was great.
Anyway so this morning I woke up and my eyes were kinda swollen, my whole face was a lil puffy.
My diet has some sodium usually but i had a few days worth of sodium in one meal. Could this be why my face was puffy this morning???
Or do I need to worry that Im beating myself up at night?

Could be lots of reasons why your face puffs up. If puffiness is your only symptom and resolves on its own throughout the day accompanied with water intake then its probably just a benign issue of having a bit too much sodium and water retention.

If its accompanied with pain, itching, rash, discoloration and shows no signs of resolving on its own, try 25mg benadryl as it could be an allergic reaction to something you ate.

It was an allergic reaction to something you ate. It wasn't sodium.
