Best move ever! Jack Lalanne Juicer!

I've never been too big as far as leafy veggies go. I centered mostly on protein and various carbs as my staple to build muscle.

Here lately I've been drinking all kinds of veggie juice with my new juicer and have not felt better. Did not realize how much my body was missing until I started this.

Purple cabbage tends to be my favorite thus far

The problem with juicing your veggies oppose to eating them is that you are missing on a very key ingredient that veggies offer..........FIBER.

Personally I get enough fiber from whole grains. I find at times that it is necessary to look for ways to reduce my fiber intake, or opt to feel very bloated and gassy.

Besides, I find the taste of vegetable juice way more palitable than vegetables in bulk.

Suit yourself but there is more to eating veggies than just drinking them. I like to make my own juice too but I make sure I eat enough of them too.

Don't worry, it was just something about ice cubes and a goat.

Oh welcome back by the way.

I thought it was something like sixty glazed doughnuts, a plastic drop cloth and a spider monkey?
