Bulking - what is the best way to store food at work?
I am currently going through a bulking phase and I am moving to a different city in two weeks that will no longer allow me to swing home for lunch every day. So this means I will be packing a cooler of some sort to store food for lunch and snacks the entire day while I am in the office.
I would like to how many of you transport your food, i.e. cooler, lunch bag, etc. to work and what is the best way to keep the food fresh throughout the day? Thanks in advance ![]() |

i'd say one of those little.. or big if you eat a lot.. cooler pack things. they look like a zip up cooler and you stick little frozen packs in there. not great for long term but it should keep it good for a couple hours. that's how i'll do it at least

I get mine ready the night before. Planning ahead is so much easier!

planning is paramount. not easy to eat smart if you're making decisions on the go and you're not at home.
