    Cutting / Protein question

    I'm currently cutting and doing great losing bf, should I keep my protein at 1.5 gms per my body weight and adjust it as I lose weight ??

    So far I haven't lost any muscle mass doing it this way.

    Defenietly keep your protein high!
    And take lots of glutamine. No joke, glut. really does spare muscle even during hardcore cutting!
