Articles on Bulking

So I'm bulking and I've read all the stickies on it.

Actually most of the stickies here are talking about carb cycling and cutting. There was one good article on bulking with slow burners.
It was pretty helpful, but I'm not sure I want to bulk with slow burners. I know there's GOT to be more info on this website though, right?

Does anyone know of other articles/threads that might have more information on clean bulking? For the most part I understand the concept of bulking. I just want always be adding to what I know.

Why not just do a simple ratio adjustment? You don't need a "special" plan to bulk.......

i know... you're right.

i guess i'm just having trouble getting the myth out of my head that carbs and fat is bad. so far what i've been doing is 40p/40c/20f.

i need to be eating 2500cals to maintain and so i figure, since i'm a hard gainer i need to be getting about 3000cals a day.

you're right, just adjust the ratios, but in the back of my mind i start freaking out when my carb macros go over my protein macros. and if the fat macros start getting into the high 20s and 30s that's worse.

am i just worrying myself about nothing?

also i'm not really looking for a specific plan to follow to the 't'. i just want to expand what i know about bulking so i can start trying different things and see what works and what doesn't work for me.

40/40/20 is good. You don't have to be precise either. One day have more carbs and the next have more fat. Calories are still calories when they are converted to energy.

Start to slowly up your cals every week and you'll see gains. It'll get harder and harder to cram all that food down but it WILL work.
