The scoop on Vitamins
Ok... i could be opening a can of worms with this question but...
I'm taking a the generic Sam's Club multivitamin. What I'd like to know is IF i'm going to even both taking a multivitamin should I be taking a generic one I get at Sams? i can imagine that it's lacking all kinds of things. when i run out of those should i consider taking a different kind? the thing is i don't want to switch to a something that requires you take 2 pills with every meal or something like that. i just don't have that kind of money. should i switch to something else? or just stick with my generic multivit? |

Nutrient 950 is the best IMO and yeah you have to take 6 of them. Generic vitamins are pure shit. Your body can't even break them down because most of them are in tablets and you excrete the majority of it. Capsules or powders are the best delivery method. Plus generic has crap in them ie. calcium carbonate in lui of calcium citrate. Not all forms of nutrients are created equal.
