I love the bulking diet because I love to eat,I would like to get a little more definition and I guess diet is the key, I do eat a good clean diet now with 5 meals and I'm not quite sure where to cut the calories. My diet now is:
bkfst atmeal and 2 eggsmid morn: chicken breast on wheat lunch: salad and a can of tuna mid afternoon: met-rx shake workout after workout: 1 scoop of protein 2 scoops of dextrose in water with creatine a couple hours later I eat a lean meat and a veggie. weekends its anything goes within reason. ------------------ GO SKINS !!! |

That actually sounds like a pretty good cutting diet, you want to cut more out of that? How much do you weigh now, what's your bodyfat %?
Here's my average daily meals: breakfast (5:45am): -protein powder -1 1/2 packets instant oatmeal -3 servings scrambled eggbeaters -1/2 english muffin with natural apple or bluberry spread mid-morning (9:00am): -container dannon fat free yogurt -can of tuna or chicken mixed with fat free miracle whip lunch (12:15pm): -can of tuna on wheat bread or organic sandwhich wrap with pickles -cup of fresh mixed veggies, broccoli, cauliflower mid-afternoon (3:00pm): -myoplex shake dinner (post workout, between 6 - 7:30pm depending on workout schedule): -large portion of lean meat, ground turkey or chicken tenders -serving of veggies -serving of carbs, wheat pasta, tortillas, wheat buns after dinner dessert(about an hour later): -protein shake mixed up in the blender with some added flavorings, such as, various juices, some fat free frozen yogurt, iced coffee, sugar free drink syrups, whatever I'm in the mood for. I've been making a pretty good pina colada drink lately, I use pineapple juice, sugar free coconut drink syrup, scoop of coconut fat free yogurt, protein powder, blend with ice. |

I am cutting now..... NO dairy, NO bead, NO sugar, NO fruit, NO protein drinks...all this makes helga smooth...and smooth is NOT good......and YES I am hungry ALL THE TIME! My one saving thing is I am still getting to eat some peanut butter. But that stops in a couple of weeks........... when chickens see me coming they run in FEAR...... I am going to turn into a chicken breast! By the way stock tip: Pilgrims Pride and any other poultry producer stock is up right now...my partner started cutting too...hee...hee...hee.............
