    Fast food alternatives...

I work long hours and eat out almost everyday. Since I started working out I completely stopped eating fast food. I do on occasion go to Subway, Pollo Loco, Panda Express (I order the chix breast and white rice). What do you guys think of these places?

I eat at similar places from time to time, but by no means should you justify that as a healthy meal. Allow yourself a certain amount of "cheat" meals per week and when you're crunched for time, enjoy yourself, and make up for it later in the day whether it be with your workout or a good wholesome dinner that night.

You can find healthy choices anywhere. Even fast food restaurants have salads to go. Chipotle has burrito bowls that are great. Panda express has steamed veggies and chicken and brown rice. Its all about making the right choices when you go out. I don't ever go to fast food other than Chipotle or Baja Fresh but it's real easy to find healthy choices if you want to.
