Boosting calories when on cycle
Hey guys.
I'll be running an H-drol cycle for six weeks from the tail end of April. I currently consume roughly 4200 - 4400 calories a day. What would you guys advise a sensible and effective calorie increase to fully support their cycle? I'm assuming I'd add more as the cycle progressed - across the day -monitoring to see it was helping atrophy rather than contributing to fat deposits. However, I know we're all different regarding genetics and metabolism, but is there a general amount of cals it's advised to add to your diet when supporting a cycle? Cheers. |
