Extreme Change
The las two months I have completely changed my diet.
I was that guy that was always bulking never cut and no cardio. Well I was 270 many cycles under my belt, now 44 years old and was ready to really get into shape and dam has it paid off. Two months ago started a cut cycle. GEAR 50 mg Tren A 8 weeks 50 mg Anavar ed 60 days 400 mg EQ ew 500 mg Enth EW. DIET Foods I eat consumed in 7 small meals Chicken Breast Tuna Turkey Lean beef once a week Natural PB White kidney beans (carb blocker) Broccoli Brussle Sproats Grean beans Fat free Milk EAS whey protien Never bread or junk food 30 minutes Cardio 7 days a week Lots of sit ups I am down to 245 lb six pack starting to show (never had one) I feel ten times better. |

it's amazing what changing your diet and regular workouts can do, isn't it. it's really not that hard. eat clean.. workout regularly. great work!
