Canned Tuna ?
I was thinking...is eating canned tuna the same in the fish world as bologna and hot dogs is to the beef world?
I am thinking all that shredded crap that stinks and tastes so fishy cannot be the same meat as what I get at the sushi place, or the same as a filet you buy at the store and grill. Tuna is obviously healthier than eating hot dogs, but is it about the same idea...the left over crap they can't make a steak out of? Does anyone know how it is cooked before canning? |

Canned tuna (light tuna) is the lower quality cuts of the fish, but not even close to the crap in bologna.
